5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Missed appointments without proper notice may be forfeited. Cancellation policies are provided during booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials — including courses, downloads, worksheets, videos, and written content — are owned by Be Well Therapeutic LLC and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Be Well Therapeutic LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of Services.
